Change. Let me start it

 We all know our Earth is slowly losing its beautiful state, the greenie plants and grasses, the blue skies that are slowly turning brown, the clear waters that we used to swim on.....All of this are coming to an end. But how can we change all the effects for our future? Do you think only one person can do it? When do we start? Well it all start with us young ones. A young ones with a clean mind, a kid that is ready to sacrifice all for his/her mother Earth, a kid that its mission is to clear all problems, and yes all of this are possible with me, you, all of us, but when? that is the main question.

Well we can assure safeness and cleanliness of our Earth as its main reason for us to maintain it but, some research findings said that our Earth is dying so.

As a student, there are several ways that we can contribute to saving the Earth, our only home. Firstly, we can start by reducing our carbon footprint. This can be achieved by walking or cycling to school instead of using private vehicles, which emit harmful gases. We can also encourage our parents to use public transportation or carpooling whenever possible.

 

Secondly, we can promote and practice recycling. Schools generate a lot of waste, especially paper waste. By recycling paper, we not only save trees but also reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. We can start by having separate bins for recyclable and non-recyclable waste in our classrooms.

 

Thirdly, we can participate in tree planting activities. Trees absorb carbon dioxide, a major contributor to global warming, and release oxygen. By planting trees, we can help combat climate change. We can organize tree planting activities in our schools or communities.

 

Fourthly, we can conserve water. Water is a precious resource, and its conservation is essential for the survival of all life forms. We can do this by turning off the tap when not in use, fixing leaky faucets, and using water-saving devices.

 

Fifthly, we can educate others about the importance of saving the Earth. We can organize awareness campaigns in our schools and communities to inform people about the harmful effects of pollution and the importance of sustainable living.

 

Lastly, we can advocate for policies that protect the environment. We can write to our local representatives, urging them to support legislation that promotes clean energy and reduces pollution.

 

In conclusion, as students, we have the power to make a significant impact on the environment. By taking small steps, we can contribute to the preservation of the Earth for future generations. It's not just about saving the Earth; it's about securing our future. We must remember that we do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.
